We furnished employees for agencies, companies, brokerage houses, TPAs, and all reputable firms in the insurance field.
Barbara King Hill, founder and President, has a total of over 30 years in Human Resources.. The majority of those years are in the insurance industry. She holds an active Michigan Property & Casualty license; formerly held CISR designation; and reputation for honest, ethical business practices. She is a past member of RIMS; MAIA & has a close association with the Michigan PIA. While not a member of the National Association of Insurance Recruiters, networks with several of its major players. She has been a successful insurance placement specialist since 1985.. Prior to 1985 she was the Assistant Personnel Manager of the Mid South's larges independent insurance agency / brokerage house for nine years.
